I had an incredible experience at this hotel! the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean and had a bathtub - a luxury I greatly enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the beautifully maintained garden to the refreshing pool. Lastly, the location was perfect, just a short distance from the stunning coast of Jimbaran, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area.

Everything was absolutely fine.

The pool was nice and clean, perfect for a refreshing swim. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Aga who went above and beyond to assist us. The free shuttle service to the beach was convenient and saved us money on transportation.

The location was not ideal, requiring a scooter or expensive taxis to get around. The kitchen was very disappointing, with slow service and poor quality food.

Some of the staff had poor English skills, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
